About Akichi

I make things, moving between the computer and paper. I lived in China for a while after university. I used to work in software design.

I’m AuDHD. Bright light is hard for me, so I care a lot about calm colors and surroundings. The site’s mark is a small ship, and its anchor is a single notebook. The colors here come from a sunrise over the sea — and in dark mode, the sea at night.

Yoga, aromatherapy, and a few other small routines keep me well. Beyond that, I study music and languages little by little, as my interest leads me. I have many interests, so I try to keep essentialism in mind.

Lately I’m drawn to observations from travel, organizing my thinking, and designing experiences.
